returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds and exchanges within 30 days after your order has been delivered. All items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition with the tag still attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

The return process is very simple.

For the customer with a customer account go to the page "Order history" in section "My account" on our shop.

  • Search your order on the orders history page.
  • Click on the "details" link.
  • Select the item to return.
  • Click on the button "request a return".
  • Go to the page merchandise returns to verify your return request.
  • You must wait until the status of your return request changes from "Waiting for confirmation" to "Waiting for package" so that you can return the package.
  • Print the returns form and put it in the parcel to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your package.

customer without account

If you are a guest, you can click here to turn your guest account into customer account, you can also use contact page to make a return request or send us a message to (Do not forget to write your order number)

For an exchange, please tell us in the request return form or contact page so that we can create a credit slip for you.


The refund will be made by the same way of payment that you used within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the package.

You can also ask for a credit slip, it takes two business days.

Shipping costs are not refunded.
